Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the email mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
